    Former Chapter National Liaison, Kyle Slamans spoke to members about Jack Axe and possible internship opportunities.

T-SHIRT QUILT

Members can purchase tickets for $1 for one ticket, $4 for five tickets, and $8 for 10 tickets. Members can sign up after Chapter on the Google Doc. 

BLOOMINGTON THUNDER

United Way of McLean County donated eight tickets to ISU PRSSA. Members can purchase a raffle ticket for $5 for a chance to win a pack of four tickets. Winners will be announced when classes resume. 

INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Special Olympics is looking for a spring and summer intern. Email Michele Evans at mevans@soill.org for more information or to apply. 

The Institute on Political Journalism is looking for a summer intern. Email Joe Starrs at jstarrs@tfas.org for more information. 

COUNTRY Financial is looking for a Media Relations temp (20-30 hrs/week). The position will start in mid-December and end in April. Email Chris Stroisch at chris.stroisch@countryfinancial.com for more information or to apply.

CHAPTER GEAR

T-shirt money is due to Tyler today. Please email Tyler (tmkrivi@ilstu.edu) if you need to make arrangements to pay. The cost is $15. 

PRSA DINNER

On December 3, PRSA will have a dinner in Springfield, Ill. The cost is $30 per student. The deadline to register is Nov. 27. 

CHICAGO TOURS

On Friday, Dec. 4, members will travel to Chicago to visit Weber Shandwick and Reputation Partners. The cost is $10 for gas. 

HOLIDAY SOCIAL

On Tuesday Dec.1, ISU PRSSA will have a holiday social. There will be an ugly sweater competition.
