INDESIGN WORKSHOP

    Members learned how to create a resume using InDesign. 

ANNOUNCEMENTS

NATIONAL CONFERENCE

There is a mandatory meeting after Chapter. 

DISTINGSUISHED SPEAKER SERIES

On Tuesday, Nov. 10, at 7 p.m. the Professional Sales Institute will present a speaker series in the Caterpillar auditorium located in the College of Business. Attendees can learn networking tips. 

FUNDRAISER

On Monday, Nov. 9 the Development Committee will have a candy apple popper fundraiser. Email the account if you are able to volunteer. 

SOCIAL

On Saturday, Nov. 14, we will have our “Dance of the Decades” social at 700 N. Adelaide. The cost is $10 per person. 

MEMBER OF THE MONTH

Congrats to Chloe Kasper on becoming Member of the Month. 

CHAPTER GEAR
Chapter shirts are in and can be picked up at Chapter. Shirts are $15. Checks can be made out to “ISU PRSSA.”

T-SHIRT QUILT

Raffle tickets are $1 for one ticket, $4 for five tickets, and $8 for 10 tickets. Tabling will continue the week we return from National Conference. 

 NO CHAPTER NEXT WEEK

There is no Chapter next week due to National Conference. 

CHICAGO TOURS

On Friday, Dec. 4, we will travel to Chicago to tour agencies. Possible agencies include Ogilvy, Hill+Knowlton, and Zapwater Communications. 

SPEAKER IN TWO WEEKS

On Tuesday, Nov. 17, Kyle Slammers will speak in Chapter about Jack Axe. Business casual is required.
