MEDIA RELATIONS PANEL
 
Michele Evans, Mark Pickering, and Briand Davis answered questions about media relations to our members.
 
ANNOUNCEMENTS
 
MEMBER DUES
 
Member dues are $70 for the semester, $80 for the year, and $65 for graduating seniors. Dues work with $50 going to Nationals and the $20, $30, or $15 going to the Chapter. Benefits include regional conference, agency tours, internship database, and many more. The final day to turn in dues is Tuesday, Feb. 23.  Email Tyler at tmkrivi@ilstu.edu for additional information about membership benefits.
 
THE X FACTOR
 
DePaul PRSSA invited ISU PRSSA to attend “Creativity Forum: The PR X Factor” on Friday, Feb. 26 from 9:30 a.m. – 6 p.m. Attendees will be able to attend two agency tours as well as two breakout sessions. The cost is $20. Learn more about the event here.  

SOCIAL

There will be a "Jack of Hearts" social on Sunday, Feb. 28. More details to come! 
 
PRSA DINNER
 
There will be a PRSA Dinner on Wednesday March 2 at 6 p.m at The Alumni Center. The topic of the night is social media planning and measurement. The cost is $30.
 
DONATE FOR LIFE TEAM
 
The Donate for Life Team is responsible for coordinating the Gift of Hope event in April. ISU PRSSA won third place at National Conference for the dedication the team put in. Email the account if you are interested.
 
T-SHIRT QUILT

PROPOSED REVISIONS TO CONSTITUTION
 
Next week, dues-paying members will vote on proposed changes to the ISU PRSSA. You can view the changes here.
