To apply for a PRSSA executive board position for the 2019-2020 school year, please submit your resume, cover letter, your top 3 positions, and your weekly availability (so we can set up an interview!) in a single pdf to firstname.lastname@example.org. Executive Board Applications close Tuesday, April 2.

It’s that time of year to start searching for and applying to internships to gain real-world experience that will build your resume and expand on what you are learning in the classroom. As a dues-paying member, you have access to internship opportunities provided at the national level. We also provide our members with updated internship applications at our weekly meetings.

The ISU Stevenson Center is searching for a PR Intern for the 2019-2020 school year. The PR Intern will work around 10 hours a week. Responsibilities include event planning and execution, social media, designing flyers, and more. COUNTRY Financial in Bloomington is accepting applications for a Knowledge Analyst Intern for summer 2019. This position includes partnering with business areas to write or update communications, appropriate brand and knowledge standards to provide clear instructions, and more. Assurance, an independent insurance brokerage firm in Schaumburg, Ill is looking for a Marketing Intern. The position involves hands-on involvement in all aspects of the Assurance marketing and communications department. Responsibilities include writing blog posts, contributing to Assurance’s social media strategy via social listening, supporting webinar and video efforts by transcribing content and more.
