INTERNSHIPS It’s that time of year to start searching for and applying to internships to gain real-world experience that will build your resume and expand on what you are learning in the classroom. As a dues-paying member, you have access to internship opportunities provided at the national level. We also provide our members with updated internship applications at our weekly meetings. The School of Communication is looking for PR interns to help serve the School’s PR needs! A full internship description and instructions on how to apply are listed in an attachment below. JoyRun is looking for interns to fulfill two internship positions. The Growth Marketing Intern will execute marketing campaigns, identify and establish partnerships with organizations to drive brand excitement and more. The Runner Marketing Associate will earn money doing runs with opportunities for bonuses, execute marketing campaigns and promotions with local business partners and more. Applications for the Spring 2019 internships are now open! Internship opportunities are in Illinois and Washington, D.C. Tasks include conducting legislative research, assisting with casework matters, working with the press team and more. During the internship, individuals will work with clients, participate in agency events, write client materials and more. Ketchum’s application process involves an interactive application game!
