Development Leadership Congratulations to Megan Rubinger on becoming Fundraising Chair and Katie Rio on becoming Social Chair. Social We will have our first social on Saturday, Oct. 10. The theme is a luau. Sand Volleyball Tournament United Way of McLean County is hosting a sand volleyball tournament on Sunday, Oct. 11. Teams can have up to eight players. Email Ali Seys at aseys@uwaymc.org for more information. NIU Social On Saturday Oct. 17, we will host a social with NIU’s Chapter of PRSSA to meet other members in the state. Volunteer Opportunity On Tuesday, Sept. 15, United Way of McLean County is looking for volunteers for a change drive at the McDonald’s on Main Street. Study Abroad in the Netherlands Students are able to study abroad at Hanze University of Applied Sciences in Groningen. The courses will explore intercultural competence and communication, the legal, financial, and political aspects of the Eurozone and European cultures from a business perspective.
